Upon receiving your contract we will contact you and confirm your reservation. 2. Easy Planning! You have the option to either use our playlist or customize your own play list online 24/7 , to include "Must Play" songs through our online music search and Request System. To start your planning today select from the following: Planning , Event Timeline , Song Request. 3. Relax and Enjoy! Enjoy the comfort of knowing your event's prompted and professional entertainment will be just as you imagined! We will be in touch with you up to 4 weeks before your event to review! The only thing left, is to DANCE!
      Rates vary from $125 to $250 per hour for DJ/MC Serivces. Schools and non-profit Organizations vary between $50-$75 per hour for DJ/MC Services(Excluding School Dances). Seasonal periods may affect the price.

    This agreement is entered into between HamptonRoads Event Serivces LLC hereinafter the Contractor and the above named hereinafter the Client. It is understood that this contract is binding on both parties. It cannot be altered or changed unless agreed to in writing by the said parties, Contractor and Client. Cancellation of the engagement by the Client must be made in writing and will result in forfeiture of all retainers and payments. If cancellation is made the entire balance will be due immediately. If cancellation is greater than 30 days, event may be rescheduled based on Contractor availability of similar revenue/value or greater within 30 days and holds the event(s) within six months and the entire balance will be due by the original event date above. THE ENTIRE BALANCE SHALL BE PAID NO LATER THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TOTHE COMMEMCEMENT OF THE EVENT ON THE ABOVE STATED DATE(S) unless prior payment arrangements have been made in writing. Late fees and finance charges will be applied to overdue balances at the judgment rate of 10%. Additional rate for overtime is $100.00(USD) per half hour per service/line item listed on the contract. Photographs will be taken for promotional / advertising purposes. Mini-rigs are required to support sound for ceremonies that are not held in the same room as the reception and available for additional charge. No changes may be made to the services agreed upon. Specific Performance. The parties acknowledge that the obligations of Contractor and of Client under this Agreement are incapable of valuation with any reasonable degree of certainty. In the event that the client should fail to fulfill any of the obligations of this Agreement, the Contractor may bring an action to enforce specific performance of all obligations under this Agreement. The Client is responsible to communicate for delivery availability. This Agreement shall insure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their representatives and except as specifically provided herein, neither party may make any assignment of this Agreement or any interest therein without the prior written consent of the other party. It is understood and agreed that Contractor shall have the right to assign this Agreement to any successor, or to any direct or indirect subsidiary of Contractor who shall also be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Agreement expires and is null and void if not sign within 10 days of the above contract date above. [IMPORTANT 10 DAY CLAUSE] This contract should be signed and returned no later than 10 days after the contract date with the minimum NON-REFUNDABLE retainer/deposit/first payment. Retainer will be deducted from final balance due. Failure to do so could result in loss of the engagement date. A $45(USD) Charge will be applied to any returned checks. All credit card charges will have an additional 4% to cover the processing fee. A $150 (USD) charge will be applied per each credit card charge back. All payments are non-refundable. Contractor is licensed and insured to cover Contractor and equipment. Client assumes responsibility of obtaining any permits and licenses as required by local authorities. Failure will make all contracts final and completed. Equipment failure due to unforeseen problems by Contractor shall be remedied within 30 minutes without penalty Damage to linens due to any substance causing permanent damage will require full replacement charges. Linens must be returned dry to avoid mildew. Standard delivery fees are based on first floor drop-off and pick-up and does not include set-up unless prearranged and paid (tailgate delivery). Set-up and tear-down services and delivery to other than ground floor is available at an additional charge. Arrangements must be made in advance. Sunday and after midnight delivery and pick-ups will require an additional charge. Upon pick-up, all tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked in an orderly fashion in preparation for pick-up at the same location as delivered. Linens should be shaken to remove refuse and returned dry in order to prevent mildew. All sashes must be re-hung on hangers and bagged as received when returned to Hampton Roads Event Services. A hanging fee of $42.50 per 100 will be charged, if not returned properly. A cleaning fee will be charged for all equipment returned dirty. Mechanical candles are included with our candelabras and must be used. An additional $35 will be charged if mechanical candles or dripless candles are not used. Candelabras must be returned without wax. Wax can be removed with a hair dryer or hot water. DO NOT scrape the candelabra, it will scratch. Charges are made for time out (not time used) so in order to prevent incurring additional rental charges, return all equipment promptly by due date/times. The security of our equipment is your responsibility. We reserve the right to charge for missing or damaged items upon return date/times. No refunds will be issued. Rates are subject to change without notice. Placing a deposit insures locking in current pricing. Prices on quotes are only good for 30 days.. Electronic malfunctions are totally unpredictable and Contractor cannot be held responsible for forced majeure events and weather that might prevent contractual equipment or services (including power/internet loss or mandatory evacuation or etcetera). The Client assumes all responsibility for any physical damage to Contractors property or equipment caused by the Client, member of the organization, guest or any third party member by gross negligence, accidental or willful misconduct. If the event is located outdoors, the Client is required to supply shelter for the entertainer and all associated equipment. If the event has begun and event is cancelled due to inclement weather, all contracts will be final and completed. Special Provision: Client shall notify venue to provide one (1) 6-foot table, at least one (1) 110VAC (Standard Household) 20 amperes power outlet and a wireless WIFI connection (WIFI if possible). Gratuities for the entertainers are appreciated and are based upon services and performance.
